Learning at a High Level
We want every apprentice at Röchling to have the chance to develop his or her talent. In our modern training center in Neuhaus, our apprentices are thoroughly prepared for their professional future.
Röchling Medical ensures the highest level of training quality through a detailed training concept, divided into theoretical and practical blocks, as well as competent lecturers and practical instructors. The training is very practice-oriented. Even during the apprenticeship period, trainees are given responsibility for their own projects.
Modern Training Center in Neuhaus am Rennweg
In addition to regular classes at vocational schools, trainees benefit from theoretical and practical instruction at the 300 m² training center in Neuhaus am Rennweg. Here, they can consolidate general basics under supervision or receive individual support in preparation for exams. Trainees and career changers can practice in the training workshop until they have mastered the operation of the state-of-the-art production equipment. This is fully equipped with two plastics processing machines including a cooling water and compressed air supply.
Internships abroad in the Röchling Group
As an international company, Röchling offers interested and particularly qualified trainees the opportunity to complete an internship abroad lasting several weeks at a Röchling location abroad.
