Röchling Medical Neuhaus GmbH & Co. KG in Thuringia/Germany has been operating under the name Röchling Medical Solutions SE since the end of May. This name change is due to the merger with the Röchling Medical site in Brensbach/Hesse, which has created a legal entity. The Brensbach Medical site had already been renamed Röchling Medical Solutions SE last year.
In doing so, the Medical division of the Mannheim-based plastics processor Röchling is taking into account the fact that the two sites have already worked closely together in the past in production for the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries. "With the merger, we want to make the close cooperation between the two sites even clearer to our customers. We can offer them more than is apparent to them at the individual locations," emphasizes Joachim Lehmann, Chief Financial Officer of Röchling Medical and Executive Board member of Röchling Medical Solutions SE. The members of the Supervisory Board are Dr. Boris Fröhlich, Chief Executive Officer of Röchling Medical, as Chairman, as well as Röchling's General Counsel Dr. Marian Holtwiesche and the Commercial Director of the Röchling Group, Joachim Gesell.
