Contact lens care
We help you see clearly
Contact lenses are a discreet method of concealing poor eyesight. They don’t move around or fog up and don‘t leave any pressure marks. Users can also wear them in the sauna and when playing sports, although they must pay attention to ensure proper cleaning and care. For cleaning fluids, Röchling supplies a range of screw-top bottles as well as droppers made of polyethylene. They are characterized by excellent dosing, a tight seal and different sizes – ensuring that you always have the right contact lens care to hand.
Sympfiny®
We help children swallow medication
As every parent knows, it is often difficult to orally administer the correct amount of medicine to children accurately and safely. Multi-particulate drugs were developed with this in mind. These little spheres are coated with a taste-neutralizing layer. Röchling introduced a system called “Sympfiny®” to administer these medications. It consists of a storage container and an oral syringe specially developed for drawing and administering the drug.

Dehydration, blood loss, infectious diseases, cancer: in many cases, infusion is the method of choice when it comes to treating patients. The infusion solutions are precisely tailored to the corresponding symptoms. Röchling manufactures infusion bottles with volumes of 100, 250 and 500 milliliters. They are equipped with a standard screw top or a crimp neck. This closure type is characterized by a very high static and dynamic load capacity.
Tablet jars
We provide relief for ailments
Anyone who takes medication out of the packaging must be confident that every aspect of this packaging is in order. For this reason, manufacturing processes must meet the very highest standards. Under cleanroom conditions, Röchling produces particle-free and sanitized tablet jars made of polyethylene and fitted with sophisticated closures. In line with the requirements placed by the medication on the packaging, the right closure is selected – for example with a child-resistant cap or with a desiccant capsule.
Eye drops
We open your eyes
Watering, smarting, itching – dry and irritated eyes are unpleasant. Eye drops offer rapid relief. However, it is not always easy to get out precisely the correct number of drops. Röchling has launched a handy and easy-touse “squeeze bottle,” which is used in conjunction with a dispensing system. The bottles are manufactured in a fully automated production process and meet the highest quality standards. The system is used by leading pharmaceutical companies around the world.

Magnesium, vitamin C, calcium – high-quality vitamin and mineral supplements play an important role in many peoples’ everyday lives and can be found on store shelves in growing numbers. Röchling offers a wide range of packaging materials for standard shapes, such as the familiar plastic tubes for effervescent tablets. The closures meet the various requirements dictated by the supplements to be packaged. Röchling also develops customized packaging solutions for these products on request.
Nasal spray bottle

Coughs, sniffles, hoarseness – colds are associated with a range of symptoms. For cold-sufferers, Röchling has a handy, round nasal spray bottle with a snap-on neck in its portfolio. This neck makes it easy for the patient to fit the nasal spray pump to the bottle. The bottle also features a complex geometry to ensure that every last drop of the fluid can be used. This imposes correspondingly high requirements on the production process.
Cough syrup bottle

Coughing is annoying, exhausting and often deprives patients of a good night’s sleep. It interrupts the regular, relaxed breathing pattern and strains the body. Röchling manufactures bottles in which pharmaceutical companies can fill an expectorant syrup that soothes the bronchial tubes and promises relief. Since these syrups are sensitive to light, the bottle has a brown color. The cough syrup is thus protected from ultraviolet rays and has a longer shelf life.

A grazed knee, a scratch on the arm or an abrasion on the elbow – skin lesions are sometimes treated with a spray-on plaster to keep them clean and prevent minor bleeding. Röchling manufactures a round bottle fitted with a spray head featuring multilayer technology. It consists of a carrier material and additional layers that prevent the diffusion of undesirable substances from the plastic into the liquid in the bottle.

Body lotion, hand cream, suntan lotion: many personal hygiene products are used almost daily by people of all ages. Röchling has developed an oval bottle with a two-piece child-resistant, senior-friendly tamper-evident cap. The bottle is available in sizes ranging from 150 to 250 milliliters. The two-piece cap guarantees a leak tight seal, which means that the care products can be carried safely in handbags or rucksacks.

Even cats, dogs and other animals can get ill. Infusions are an important form of therapy in veterinary medicine. They can be used, for example, for rehydration and for the systemic administration of drugs. Röchling produces suitable infusion bottles for these infusion solutions. Effective treatment can only be provided after a diagnosis has been made. Diagnostic examinations are therefore extremely important. For the necessary laboratory investigations, Röchling manufactures fluid bottles fitted with screw tops in sizes ranging from ten to 200 milliliters. They are used, for example, to store reagents – substances that undergo a specific reaction when they come into contact with other substances. Röchling has the expertise to manufacture even the complex geometries needed, for example, to collect the spent reagents.
