Seal from the IHK Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim confirms high quality of apprenticeship
Juliane Hünefeld-Linkermann, from the IHK Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), officially handed over the "TOP Ausbildung" certificate. The award confirms the outstanding level of apprenticeship of our company in Haren.
"In 2019, we received this award from the IHK for the first time. Now, it was time for recertification, which we successfully completed," says Renate Telgenkämper from the HR department. Together with Valeri Karastelev, she is responsible for the apprenticeship at the Haren site.
The multi-stage certification process for the seal "TOP Ausbildung" includes a detailed questionnaire, a consultation with IHK training advisors, and an extensive audit with personnel experts from other regional companies. The auditors were impressed by the excellent support for young talents and the high relevance of sustainability during the apprenticeship. "At our company, apprentices are trained to become climate ambassadors and learn how to can contribute to climate protection in their professional and private lives," says Valeri Karastelev. Also, the good cooperation with regional schools for career orientation was well evaluated. "Regularly we organize projects with students and want to inspire more girls for technical professions," adds the industrial-technical trainer.
"We attach great importance to providing our young talents with high-quality and future-oriented apprenticeship. This includes close supervision and support from qualified trainers. The certification confirms our strong commitment in this topic," says Daniel Fritz, CFO of Röchling Industrial. " We are pleased that we can now also show this to the public with the seal." At the same time, the process offers the opportunity to review existing processes and identify potential improvements. The seal is valid until the end of 2026.
