ROBACERAM dewatering elements consist of a special composite of high-performance ceramics and glass-reinforced plastic. Both components are joined together by a mechanical form fit. Compared to plastic elements, ceramic dewatering elements are many times more resistant to wear. This makes them ideally suited for the highest stresses and fastest machine speeds.
The special form fit of the design guarantees the most stable and secure bond between FRP and ceramic. This prevents step formation and guarantees the safest machine operation.
The custom development of products at Röchling enables unique product designs for specific challenges.
Machine speeds of up to 3,000 m/min possible in modern paper machines.
