Troy, Michigan, USA, October 2, 2015… Roechling Automotive USA has filled the newly created position of Vice President and General Manager Customer Center North America: On September 1, 2015 Juergen Peters stepped into this role. Peters, age 56, works at the Roechling Automotive site in Troy, MI. He reports directly to Roechling Automotive’s Group Chief Executive Officer Erwin Doll. “We are delighted that we have secured Juergen Peters with his wealth of experience, to head up our sales, marketing and engineering activities as well as to introduce new products into the NAFTA region,” said Doll.
Peters has many years of management experience in the automotive industry in Europe and in the US. He started his career as an automotive technician, finished his BSc in mechanical engineering in Essen and received his MBA from the RFH University in Cologne, Germany.
For 29 years Peters worked for the automotive supplier Bosch in various positions. In the last three years he served as President of Bosch’s Car Multimedia Division in North America. Peters will use his comprehensive expertise in his new task within Roechling Automotive. Doll commented, “We want to further expand our position with the North American car manufacturers in North America and globally. And Juergen Peters is the right person for this job.”
