Durostone® UPM S13 LST

GFK-UP

Durostone® UPM S13 LST is a fiber-reinforced plastic with an exceptionally good behavior in fire. The flammability of plastics attains a particular value of FVO /> 1mm. Convinced by this plastic has a low toxicity and low smoke density, making this one of our Durostone specials. Moreover Durostone® UPM S13 LST meets requirement R11, hazard level HL3, for arc resistant insulation materials of EN 45545-2:2013.

Izolační kryt pro sběrač elektrického proudu z materiálu Durostone®

Durostone® UPM S13 LST je tvořen nenasycenou polyesterovou pryskyřicí se zesílením ze skelné rohože. Materiál splňuje požadavky na třídu nebezpečnosti R11, třídu ohrožení HL3, pro izolační materiály odolné elektrickému oblouku podle EN 45545-2:2013. Nabízí vysokou pevnost při pokojové teplotě a vyšších teplotách. Hustota 2,10 g/cm³ umožňuje výrobu lehkých konstrukčních dílů s vysokou mechanickou pevností – například držáků na podvozku pro sběrače proudu (shoebeamy), kryty a komory odlučovače jisker.
