Slide profiles made of Polystone® M (PE-UHMW) and LubX® have been specially developed for the design of efficient and high-performance conveying and sliding processes. Owing to their excellent sliding properties, Polystone® M and LubX® contribute to reducing the drive energy required by conveying processes and support the stability of processes. Available in many different dimensions, complex geometries and thin wall thicknesses, our slide profiles are used anywhere in the world where something moves.

We manufacture slide profiles from Polystone® M (PE-UHMW) and LubX® with manufacturing options that are unique on the market. Whether covering profil or clip profile, Z-, L-, U-, C-, T- or square profile, complex geometries, thin wall thicknesses or high-gloss and special surface structures, you have the most extensive range of standard profiles on the market at your fingertips, as well as special profiles manufactured exclusively for you. With currently more than 600 different cross-profiles, we offer a selection of slide profilesthat is probably unique on the market.

Extruded slide profiles
Our state-of-the-art extrusion systems can be used to create slide profiles with complex geometries for you that cannot be made by machining. Depending on cross-profile, production by extrusion can offer advantages over machining in terms of cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility.
- Profile lengths: on roll or in individual lengths up to 12,000mm
Machined slide profiles
We manufacture slide profiles by machining for prototypes or required quantities for which it is not cost-effective to create an extrusion tool. We use our profile milling machines to create high-precision slide profiles having demanding cross-profiles, surfaces and different wall thicknesses according to drawings.
- Profile lengths: up to 6,000mm
Consulting & in-house toolmaking
Our experienced technicians will be happy to support you in the development of your geometry and advise you on your application. Our in-house toolmaking gives us a very high degree of flexibility for implementing the right slide profiles for your application. We will also be happy to assist you if a prototype is required.

Polystone® M (PE-UHMW)
As ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, slide profiles made of Polystone® M solve problems related to friction, wear and material flow in numerous applications. Modern conveyor and handling technology, storage and packaging systems and the beverage industry can no longer do without this material.
LubX®
Our LubX® product family comprises matched slide compounds having exceptional sliding properties - developed for various sliding systems and environmental conditions.
Colours
- Polystone® PE-UHMW slide profiles are available in almost any desired colour.
- LubX® slide profiles are available in colours such as blue (RAL 5013), white (RAL 9003) and green (RAL 6016), depending on the LubX®version. Custom colours are available upon request.
