Fast and Precise Powder Sintering, Without Lasers

Process

By selectively applying fusing and detailing agents across a bed of polymer powder, heating elements subsequently fuse the printed regions into a solid layer. Layer by layer, powder is redistributed over the bed and the process repeats until the part is complete.
