Almost a century of success in the plastics market
In 1924, when plastic was a completely new and revolutionary material, Gustav Schwartz founded the first European company for the production of thermosets for the roller mill industry. Ever since, the company has expanded into a globally active plastics provider.

| 2002 | Inauguration of the new polyamide 12 plant in Xanten |
| 2004 | Expansion of mechanical production in Xanten (2,000m²) |
| 2004 | Acquisition of 50% of the CMP shares from the JV partner and founding of STP-CR |
| 2006 | Doubling of the hall area of the factory in the Czech Republic (5,000m²) |
| 2007 | Construction of new polyamide casting plant in Xanten |
| 2019 | Incorporation into the international Röchling Group in the Röchling Industrial division and renamed Röchling Industrial Xanten GmbH |
