With a selection of over 300 standard plastics, engineering plastics and high-performance plastics such as POM, PP, PVC, PE and PA, you can be sure that we will provide the right material for your project. Our profiles are available in small, medium and large batch sizes, and thanks to our efficient production, you benefit from a short delivery time. Properties

Depending on the material, our profiles offer different properties that make them particularly suitable for various different areas of application. These include virtually no water absorption, low surface adhesion, antistatic properties (AST) and high heat stability. Choose the right profile for your specific requirements.

Excellent sliding properties

Special sliding materials having a very low sliding friction coefficient and excellent sliding properties available.

Extreme wear resistance

Many materials with high impact strength and resistance – suitable for heavy duty.

Superior chemical resistance

Depending on the material, our plastics are suitable for contact with a wide range of chemical media.

Food grade

Many materials meet the requirements for contact with food according to EU 10/2011, FDA and other national requirements

Flame resistant

Many materials meet international and national requirements for reaction to fire.

Corrosion resistant

Suitable for contact with corrosive seawater, UV radiation and weathering and for outdoor use, depending on the material. NORSOK M-710 tested materials available.

Continuous operating temperatures from -250° C to +250° C

Small, medium and large batch sizes

Our highly flexible production can implement small, medium and large batch sizes at very short delivery times, depending on the material. We manufacture your profiles on state-of-the-art extrusion systems and profile milling machines having manufacturing options that are unique on the market.

Extrusion sections

Our state-of-the-art extrusion systems can be used to create complex geometries for you that cannot be made by machining. Depending on cross-profile, production by extrusion can offer advantages over machining in terms of cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility.

Machined sections

We manufacture profiles by machining for prototypes or required quantities for which it is not cost-effective to create an extrusion tool. We use our profile milling machines to create high-precision profiles having demanding cross-profiles, surfaces and different wall thicknesses according to drawings.

Consulting & in-house toolmaking

Our experienced technicians will be happy to support you in the development of your geometry and advise you on your application. Our in-house toolmaking gives us a very high degree of flexibility for implementing the right plastic profiles for your application. We will also be happy to assist you if a prototype is required.
