Characteristics

  • Low coefficient of friction
  • Good wear properties
  • High temperature resistance
  • Corrosion resistant
  • Low moisture absorption
  • Good impact strength

Application Examples

Bunker and silo linings

In bunkers and silos large drop heights and the hard impact of the bulk goods cause extreme wear on the lining. The hopper-shaped outlet leads to core and mass flow problems. Safety requirements or the need to handle food, for instance, place further demands on the selection of the appropriate lining materials.

Linings for mine vehicles

Wherever bulk goods are transported, stored or further processed, wear and caking cause standstills in the work process. The flow of materials stops and wear destroys the body of the dumper. Our material Matrox® combines the best surface friction with maximum abrasion resistance to improve the flow rating of your bulk goods and prevent abrasion even in the harshest conditions.

Highly wear-resistant linings

We have developed a lining system for supply silos of biogas facilities specifically for the biogas sector: Our Matrox®-linings permanently prevent corrosion and wear. The material offers high chemicals resilience, outstanding wear resilience and excellent sliding properties that promote material flow.
