Industries

Application Examples

Manifold for cell cultivation and thermal expansion paper

  • Characteristics: Components require excellent chemical resistance due to multiple experiments
  • Good stability
  • Typical materials: Polystone® P HG

Reservoir clamp main body

  • Polystone® P natural was chosen due to the following properties:
  • High chemical resistance
  • Low leachable and extractable behaviour during process
  • High temperature and dimensional stability with tight tolerances
  • Sliding and wear properties with adjacent moving parts in natural color

Chromatography applications

The challenges in the production of chromatographic applications require materials with high strength and heat resistance as well as good processing properties. Low weight is also important. A typical material that fulfils these requirements is Polystone® P HG.

We are a system supplier and partner from the idea to the OEM's end product - as a cooperative value contribution. We are able to support the healthcare industry at the highest level.
