Componenti per ROV

I sottomarini a comando remoto (ROV) vengono progettati per l’utilizzo in acque sempre più profonde. Noi vi supportiamo nello sviluppo con la nostra ampia gamma di materiali leggeri e resistenti alla corrosione, come Polystone® P e Polystone® D, intrinsecamente galleggianti, pensati per la costruzione del telaio. Le scatole elettroniche in Sustarin® C, a loro volta, sono più leggere delle tradizionali scatole elettroniche in metallo e, al tempo stesso resistenti alla corrosione. Gli ugelli di comando in Sustamid® 6G, un materiale leggero, resistente alla corrosione e agli urti, sono robusti e longevi.

Albero di Natale sottomarino – tappi di chiusura

Prima e dopo l’installazione dell’albero di Natale sottomarino, la bocca del pozzo deve essere dotata di un tappo di chiusura. Il peso dei tappi di chiusura ha un ruolo importante poiché l’installazione viene eseguita utilizzando sottomarini a comando remoto (ROV). I nostri materiali plastici Sustarin® C, SustaPVDF® e SustaPEEK® hanno un peso molto ridotto rispetto ai materiali tradizionali come il metallo e, al tempo stesso, sono altamente resistenti alla corrosione e agli agenti antincrostazioni e hanno un buon isolamento termico.

Connettori

Le attrezzature e gli impianti sottomarini sono sempre più esigenti. Pertanto, i connettori per l’elettronica e la comunicazione devono essere prodotti in materiali di altissima qualità. I nostri materiali SustaPEEK®, SustaPEI® e Sustarin® C si adattano perfettamente all’impiego in impianti a secco (Dry-Mate) e a umido (Wet-Mate), grazie all’ottima resistenza elettronica e all’urto, al basso assorbimento di umidità e alla stabilità dimensionale.

Spezzatrice arrotondatrice per panini

Nella produzione industriale di panini i materiali di Röchling contribuiscono all’efficienza del processo produttivo: il tamburo della camera in Sustarin® C ruota nel senso inverso al tamburo di arrotondamento in Sustamid® 6G, formando in questo modo le palline di pasta.
