ROBADUR materials
Special plastics for the paper industry
These plastics have been specially developed for use in the paper and pulp industry. They are manufactured in-house on sinter presses in panels up to 12 m long and 1,300 mm wide. These panels are refined on profile milling machines and CNC milling machines and lathes.
General characteristics:
- UV and weather resistant
- High chemical resistance
- Low adhesion
- Extremely low-friction
- High wear resistance
- Resistant to low temperatures
- Hydrolysis resistance
- Very high impact strength
- No splits or breaks
- No moisture absorption
- High impact resistance and elongation at break
- Low specific weight
- Outstanding sliding and wearing characteristics
