For students, we offer working student jobs and internships as well as the the opportunity to write a thesis with us. Entry as a graduate can take the form of direct entry.

We offer positions for specialists and managers in all areas of a modern modern plastics processing industrial company. We are currently primarily for technical specialists.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. In the next step, we will check your application documents and get back to you as soon as possible. We ask for your patience, as it may take some time to review and evaluate the applications.  

We look forward to getting to know you. The first interview usually takes place virtually. The initial interview serves to explain the tasks and to get to know you and the department.

Ask us questions! Your questions show us how intensively you have researched the position and Röchling. Feel free to ask specific questions about your future tasks and opportunities for further development.  

After a positive initial interview, the second interview will take place on site. Here, any open questions from the first interview and further details relating to the position will be explained.

If the application process continues to progress positively, further steps such as a contract interview and the signing of the contract will be initiated. You will be contacted by the responsible HR Business Partner. 

Now we are just before the finish line. In the contract meeting, which usually always takes place in person at our company, an HR Business Partner is also in the round alongside colleagues from your future team to discuss our proposal for the employment contract with you. Especially when you are just starting your professional life, there are usually many questions. You can ask them here and get a competent answer right away. Your new colleagues from the specialist team will give you some initial advice about your start and the familiarization phase. Of course, any questions that have arisen for you during the application process can also be clarified here.

On your first day at work, please register at the gate. You will be met there by the HR department. After a brief welcome and introduction, you will be given all the necessary documents. You will then be shown the company presentation and all safety-related instructions to give you an initial overview.

The manager will then welcome you and introduce you to the team.

Continuing education is a top priority at Röchling Automotive in Peine. Our employees are supported in their personal and professional development through various offers.

  • The company-wide seminar program offers a wide range of specific training courses - from project management and language training to intercultural communication. Executives are prepared for and supported in their leadership roles in tailored and practical seminar series and coaching sessions.
  • We offer separate apprentice seminars for our young colleagues.
  • At the Röchling Automotive School, internal experts impart targeted specialist knowledge to their colleagues.
