LubX® C natural

PE — PE-UHMW - PE 1000

With LubX® C we offer a high performance material especially aligned to POM and steel, which has outstanding dry-running properties at its disposal. They have been especially developed for applications in materials-handling and automation technologies.

  • Compared with conventional sliding materials, conveying systems equipped with LubX® C need considerably less energy.
  • The considerably lower coefficient of friction of LubX® C eliminates the possibility of the slip-stick effect (backsliding) almost completely and thus increases process stability.

Os perfis feitos com nosso material LubX® são usados na construção de congeladores espirais para pizzas. Com suas excelentes propriedades de deslizamento, o material ajuda a reduzir a força de transporte necessária e, com isso, a energia utilizada. O LubX® atende aos requisitos da Regulamentação 10/2011/UE e da FDA, sendo, portanto, adequado para contato direto com alimentos. Conforme a aplicação, recomendamos o LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S ou LubX® Ast preto

Elementos deslizantes para fábricas de envase de bebidas

Nossa linha de produtos LubX® oferece materiais deslizantes para serviços pesados, especificamente desenvolvidos para a tecnologia de sistemas transportadores. Devido às suas excelentes propriedades de deslizamento, os sistemas transportadores equipados com LubX®, como os usados em fábricas de envase de bebidas, consomem menos energia, evitam os efeitos de stick-slip e melhoram a estabilidade dos processos de transporte.
