LubX® C natural

PE — PE-UHMW - PE 1000

With LubX® C we offer a high performance material especially aligned to POM and steel, which has outstanding dry-running properties at its disposal. They have been especially developed for applications in materials-handling and automation technologies.

  • Compared with conventional sliding materials, conveying systems equipped with LubX® C need considerably less energy.
  • The considerably lower coefficient of friction of LubX® C eliminates the possibility of the slip-stick effect (backsliding) almost completely and thus increases process stability.

Glissières pour congélateurs en spirale

Notre matériau LubX® est utilisé dans la construction de congélateurs en spirale conçus pour la fabrication de pizzas surgelées. Grâce à ses excellentes propriétés de glissement, le matériau contribue à la réduction de la force motrice et de l’énergie utilisée. LubX® remplit les exigences du règlement 10/2011/UE et de la réglementation de la FDA et est donc parfaitement adapté au contact direct avec des denrées alimentaires. Selon l’application, nous recommandons les matériaux LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S ou LubX® Ast noir.

Éléments de glissement pour installations de remplissage de boissons

Avec notre famille de produits LubX®, nous mettons à votre disposition un matériau de glissement ultra-performant spécialement conçu pour les systèmes de convoyage. Les excellentes propriétés de glissement de LubX® permettent aux systèmes de convoyage qui en sont équipés (par exemple, les installations de remplissage de boissons) de consommer moins d’énergie, d’éviter les phénomènes de « stick-slip » et d’augmenter la stabilité des processus de convoyage. Selon l’application, nous recommandons les matériaux LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S ou LubX® Ast noir.
