Oepping – The plastics processor Röchling Leripa Papertech GmbH & Co. KG in Oepping, Austria, has a new name: Röchling Industrial Oepping GmbH & Co. KG. With the change of name on 31st of March 2020, the company will focus even more strongly on its customers and rigorously pursue its industrial orientation strategy.
The new name „Röchling Industrial Oepping GmbH & Co. KG“ underlines the affiliation to the international Röchling Group and particularly emphasises the strategy of the Röchling Industrial division, to which the company belongs. The division processes thermoplastics and composites for almost every industry in the world. The company name consistently focuses on the industries and thus on customers.
Franz Lübbers, who is responsible for the Röchling Group’s Industrial Division, explains: “We offer optimal materials for every industry and create added value for our customers with our products and services. We also communicate this industry-oriented mindset through the company names of our subsidiaries in the market.” Röchling Industrial is therefore renaming all its over 40 companies worldwide using the standard format “Röchling Industrial + Location”. “This also makes it clear to our customers that they have local access to the entire offering and expertise of Röchling Industrial", emphasizes Lübbers.
This is also emphasised by Peter Eckerstorfer, Managing Director, Röchling Industrial Oepping: “In terms of our customers, nothing is changing except our name. The name change is more about underscoring our previous way of working, and the close collaboration with our customers and within our group. Going forward, we will continue to work intensively to ensure that our plastics, product- and application expertise, and our service provide our customers with a competitive edge.”
The Oepping subsidiary is a leading manufacturer of high quality wear parts for the paper industry, mechanical engineering industry, the agricultural industry and the alpine industry. The company has been part of the Röchling Group since 1993. The company has grown steadily ever since and over 54 million euros has been invested in expansion. The Oepping site is now one of Austria’s leading employers, with over 300 staff.
