Componentes para vehículos submarinos teledirigidos (ROV)

Los vehículos submarinos teledirigidos (ROV) se diseñan para emplearse en aguas cada vez más profundas. Contribuimos a estos desarrollos con una amplia gama de materiales ligeros y resistentes a la corrosión, por ejemplo, Polystone® P y Polystone® D, inherentemente flotantes y adecuados para construir bastidores. A su vez, las cajas electrónicas fabricadas con Sustarin® C son más ligeras que las tradicionales fabricadas de metal y al mismo tiempo son resistentes a la corrosión. Las boquillas de control de Sustamid® 6G, un material ligero, resistente a la corrosión y a los impactos, son robustas y duraderas.

Tambor de moldeado para bollos

Los materiales de Röchling contribuyen a la eficiencia de los procesos en la producción industrial de bollos: fabricada en Sustarin® C, el tambor de la cámara gira en dirección opuesta al tambor de moldeo, formando de este modo los trozos de la masa.

Tapas de cierre para árboles de Navidad submarinos

Antes y después de instalar el árbol de Navidad submarino en la boca del pozo, esta debe estar provista de una tapa de cierre. El peso de las tapas de cierre es de suma importancia, ya que la instalación se efectúa mediante vehículos submarinos teledirigidos (ROV). Nuestros plásticos Sustarin® C, SustaPVDF® y SustaPEEK® tienen un peso muy bajo en comparación con los materiales tradicionales como el metal y, al mismo tiempo, son muy resistentes a la corrosión y los agentes antiincrustantes, además de ofrecer un buen aislamiento térmico.

Elementos conectores

Los equipos e instalaciones submarinas son cada vez más exigentes. Por ello, los elementos conectores para la electrónica y la comunicación se tienen que fabricar con materiales de la más alta calidad. Nuestros materiales SustaPEEK®, SustaPEI® y Sustarin® C son muy adecuados para usar en sistemas secos (Dry Mate) y en mojado (Wet Mate) gracias a su baja absorción de humedad, su elevada estabilidad dimensional y su gran resistencia a los impactos.
