Polystone® M orange

PE — PE-UHMW - PE 1000

Polystone® M is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) used to solve friction, wear and material flow problems in many industries. The material is characterized by excellent sliding properties, extreme wear resistance, high impact strength and very good resistance to chemicals and has established itself in technical applications. The material is available in various colors.

Placas deslizantes para el área de suministro

En el área de tránsito de suministro de una planta de biogás —lo que se conoce como placa de empuje— se usan placas deslizantes Polystone® fabricadas con polietileno ultraaltomolecular (PE-UHMW). Las placas deslizantes Polystone® elevan las cadenas de transporte y destacan por sus excelentes propiedades deslizantes y de abrasión. Además, también son robustas, resistentes a los ácidos y al desgaste.

Perfil de guiado por cadena

Gracias a su bajo coeficiente de fricción deslizante, los perfiles Polystone® M extruidos y fresados para sistemas de guía por cadena ayudan a reducir la energía motriz necesaria en los transportadores de cadenas y ayudan a incrementar la estabilidad del proceso. Además, Polystone® M tiene propiedades de autolubricación permanente.

Defensas

Montadas en sistemas de defensa, las placas deslizantes hechas de nuestro material Polystone® M protegen los muros de contención de los muelles y los buques durante el amarre, las maniobras portuarias y el atraque. Las placas listas para instalar destacan por su alta resistencia a la abrasión y el desgaste y, además, son resistentes a la corrosión, la radiación ultravioleta y la intemperie.
