Stock preparation
Stock preparation is one of the first steps in the paper manufacturing process. We equip this zone of your paper machine with high-quality cleaner systems. In the area of cleaners, there are permanently high temperatures and high pressure. The replacement of a cleaner, whether with the machine running or in connection with a shut-down, represents an enormous challenge for maintenance staff. This is exactly where we start. Our cleaners have, compared to conventional injection molding variants, a 5 times longer lifetime. Read more below.
ROBACLEAN Cleaner cones
Hydrocyclone for the paper industry made from ultra high molecular weight ROBADUR plastic sinter pressed for a long period. A replacement cleaner offering greater performance than the original.
