LubX® AST color
Permanently antistatic sliding material in colour
With LubX® AST color we offer you a permanently antistatic sliding material in different colours. LubX® AST color is available in white (RAL 9003), green (6016) and blue (RAL 5013), with customer-specific colours available on request. This gives you new options for the construction of safe and cost-efficient conveyor systems for sensitive goods.
LubX® AST color is characterised by a very good sliding action (coefficient of sliding friction µ: 0.19) and offers an improvement in slide properties of more than 30 per cent compared with standard materials for mechanical engineering. This reduces the energy required for conveyor systems whilst simultaneously affording high process reliability. The tests were carried out in the company's own materials lab on a tribology test apparatus developed in cooperation with scientists.
