Componentes para vehículos submarinos teledirigidos (ROV)

Los vehículos submarinos teledirigidos (ROV) se diseñan para emplearse en aguas cada vez más profundas. Contribuimos a estos desarrollos con una amplia gama de materiales ligeros y resistentes a la corrosión, por ejemplo, Polystone® P y Polystone® D, inherentemente flotantes y adecuados para construir bastidores. A su vez, las cajas electrónicas fabricadas con Sustarin® C son más ligeras que las tradicionales fabricadas de metal y al mismo tiempo son resistentes a la corrosión. Las boquillas de control de Sustamid® 6G, un material ligero, resistente a la corrosión y a los impactos, son robustas y duraderas.

Tambor de moldeado para bollos

Los materiales de Röchling contribuyen a la eficiencia de los procesos en la producción industrial de bollos: fabricada en Sustarin® C, el tambor de la cámara gira en dirección opuesta al tambor de moldeo, formando de este modo los trozos de la masa.

Poleas

Las poleas de Sustamid® 6G, mecanizadas con tolerancias ajustadas, tienen un menor desgaste que las fabricadas en acero gracias a una excelente resistencia a la abrasión y a una dureza y resistencia mecánica elevadas, además, necesitan muy poco mantenimiento, por lo que ofrecen una vida útil prolongada.

Rodillos cónicos

Durante la instalación de tuberías, los rodillos cónicos metálicos tradicionales pueden dañar los caros revestimientos resistentes a la corrosión de las tuberías. Los rodillos cónicos fabricados en Sustamid® 6G le ofrecen una mayor flexibilidad, lo que reduce el riesgo de daños potenciales. Además, Sustamid® 6G tiene un bajo coeficiente de fricción, una excelente resistencia al desgaste y los impactos y, además, reduce considerablemente el peso en comparación con el acero (aprox. 1/7 del peso). Además, los materiales para fabricar rodillos cónicos están disponibles para usar en entornos ATEX y materiales autolubricantes.

Rodillos portantes

Los rodillos fresados teniendo en cuenta estrictas tolerancias y utilizando nuestros materiales Sustamid® 6G y Lamigamid®, tienen un desgaste menor que el acero, por lo que su mantenimiento es menor y su vida útil es muy larga. Estaremos encantados de asesorarle y ayudarle en la selección de materiales, el diseño y los cálculos en relación con las cargas.

Sellos laberínticos

Los sellos laberínticos de Sustamid® 6G para los rodamientos de los rotores son resistentes a los lubricantes, ofrecen una elevada estabilidad dimensional y permiten minimizar a largo plazo la pérdida de lubricantes.

Poleas y segmentos de poleas

En entornos submarinos, se utilizan con frecuencia sistemas de elevación para instalar tecnologías y equipos en el agua, cuyos cables metálicos y plásticos están expuestos a elevadas cargas. En comparación con las poleas de metal tradicionales, las poleas de Sustamid® 6G reducen estas cargas y contribuyen a una mayor vida útil del cable. Nuestros materiales Sustamid® tienen un bajo coeficiente de fricción, una excelente resistencia al desgaste y, al mismo tiempo, una resistencia extraordinaria a los impactos. La densidad de este material es siete veces menor que la del acero y, por tanto, ofrece una reducción de peso considerable. Además, Sustamid® es adecuado para usar en entornos ATEX y también disponemos de materiales autolubricantes.

Elemento deslizante para brazos telescópicos

Los elementos deslizantes de poliamida de fundición enriquecida con lubricante permiten extender sin el más mínimo problema los brazos telescópicos de grúas y equipos. Ofrecen una elevada resistencia y rigidez y ayudan a la extensión con buenas propiedades deslizantes externas. Este grupo de materiales incluye nuestros materiales Sustamid® 6G, Sustaglide®, Lamigamid® 319 and Lamigamid® 318.
