SustaPEI MG was developed for the high demands of the healthcare sector. As a material with high purity and very good resistance to sterilisation, it is ideal for surgical instruments, for example. Thanks to its high glass transition temperature, PEI retains its mechanical properties and dimensional stability up to approx. 170° C. The strength level is above that of other amorphous high-performance plastics (PSU, PPSU). PEI has a remarkably high resistance to high-energy gamma radiation.
We are a system supplier and partner from the idea to the OEM's end product - as a cooperative value contribution. We are able to support the healthcare industry at the highest level.
