LubX® C natural

PE — PE-UHMW - PE 1000

With LubX® C we offer a high performance material especially aligned to POM and steel, which has outstanding dry-running properties at its disposal. They have been especially developed for applications in materials-handling and automation technologies.

  • Compared with conventional sliding materials, conveying systems equipped with LubX® C need considerably less energy.
  • The considerably lower coefficient of friction of LubX® C eliminates the possibility of the slip-stick effect (backsliding) almost completely and thus increases process stability.

Guías deslizantes para congeladores en espiral

Nuestros perfiles fabricados con el material LubX® se utilizan para construir congeladores en espiral para pizzas congeladas. Gracias a sus excelentes propiedades deslizantes, el material ayuda a reducir la potencia de transporte necesaria y, por consiguiente, el consumo de energía. El material LubX® cumple las exigencias estipuladas en el Reglamento 10/2011/ EU y la normativa FDA, por lo que es adecuado para el contacto directo con alimentos. En función de la aplicación, recomendamos los materiales LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S o LubX® Ast black.

Elementos deslizantes para sistemas de embotellado de bebidas

Con nuestra familia de productos LubX®, hemos desarrollado un material deslizante de alto rendimiento especial para la tecnología de transportadores. Gracias a sus excelentes propiedades deslizantes, los sistemas de transporte equipados con LubX®, como los sistemas de embotellado de bebidas, consumen menos energía, eliminan los efectos de fricción deslizante («slip-stick») e incrementan la estabilidad del proceso. En función de la aplicación, recomendamos los materiales LubX® CV, LubX® C, LubX® S o LubX® Ast black.
